Seattle is a coastal town on the West Coast of the United State of America. Incentives from Ministry of Environment and Forest: GRIHA pre-certified projects are entitled to receive fast track EIA from MoEF. Fast track enables to save at least 3 months. Incentives from Ministry of new and renewable energy: Incentives to developers: (up to 2012): 90% of registration cum rating fee will be reimbursed for projects having built up area less than 5,000 sq.m with minimum 3-star rating and built up area more than 5,000 sq.m with minimum 4-star rating.
